Labtician Policies for Terms, Shipping, Warranty Replacement and Repairs

Order Placement

Payment Terms

Ordered products and shipping charges will be prepaid by VISA or MC credit card.

Shortages or Incorrect Products Received

All incidents must be reported to the Labtician Bilingual Customer Service Representative at info@zienaeyewear.ca or 1.888.844.7992 within 3 working days of receipt of goods and the customer will be advised of the action to be taken.

Shipping & Returns

Free Ground Shipping

Labtician offers free shipping on all new purchases over $80 (before applicable taxes), with shipping destinations within Canada placed on our website zienaeyewear.ca. Free shipping does not apply to repairs.

Shipping Time

Most orders are normally shipped within 3 business days and depending on shipping times arrive within 3-10 business days.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority and guaranteed. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. Eyewear returned for credit or exchange must be in unused and saleable condition including all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Eyewear with removable/fixed eyecup, that has been worn, abused, damaged, pet hair, cigarette smell or has any residue from facial products or medications, will be deducted $40 from the refund. If your eye care professional has added prescription lenses, any issues or concern must be addressed with that person

Repair Services & Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty

Ziena and 7Eye frames are warranted against defect in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. Labtician will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion. Eye cups and lenses are not covered by warranty due to wear and tear. If a warranty situation should occur before product use please contact our Customer Service Representative at info@zienaeyewear.ca or 1.888.844.7992

Repair Services

Labtician warranty claims must include proof of purchase. For repairs on frames that are no longer under warranty, a cost will apply. Contact our Customer Service Representative at info@zienaeyewear.ca or 1.888.844.7992 to request a repair authorization. For your protection only use an insured, traceable shipping method (e.g. Fedex, UPS, Purolator) to return stock to Labtician.

These policies may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Labtician Ophthalmics Inc.
